This notice explains how we use personal information collected through the Quest Beyond website, early-access checkout and email updates list.
Who is responsible for your information
Paradigm Lift Ltd is the data controller for Quest Beyond. We are registered in England and Wales under company number 10754461, with a registered office at 2 Greystone Avenue, Manchester, England, M21 7RP. Contact us at hello@questbeyond.app.
Information we collect
We may collect your name, email address, purchase and payment status, marketing preferences, and messages you send us. Stripe processes your payment details; we do not receive or store your full card number.
How we use it
We use your information to process your order, send receipts and access details, provide support, keep appropriate transaction records, and protect the service. If you separately choose to join our updates list, we also use it to send Quest Beyond news, content and offers.
We rely on our contract with you to fulfil an early-access purchase, your consent for optional marketing emails, our legal obligations for records we must keep, and our legitimate interests in supporting and securing the service.
Who helps us provide the service
We use trusted providers, including Stripe for payments, MailerLite for checkout and email delivery, and our website hosting provider. They process information only as needed to provide their services to us. Information may be processed outside the UK where appropriate legal safeguards are in place.
How long we keep it
We keep purchase records for as long as needed to meet our legal and accounting obligations. We keep marketing details until you unsubscribe or we no longer need them. Other correspondence is kept only for as long as reasonably needed to respond and maintain an appropriate record.
Your choices and rights
You can unsubscribe from marketing at any time using the link in each email. Depending on the circumstances, you may also ask to access, correct, erase or restrict the use of your information, or object to its use. Email hello@questbeyond.app to make a request.
You can complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint.
Children’s information
The website checkout is for adults. We do not ask children to buy early access or join the marketing list. Before the learning service opens, we will provide information explaining how learner data is handled within the product.
Changes to this notice
We may update this notice as Quest Beyond develops. We will post the latest version here and clearly communicate any material change that affects how we use your information.
