Early-access refund policy

You may request a full refund at any time before we send your early-access details.

Once early access opens, you may also request a full refund within 14 days of receiving your access email.

If early access has not opened by 7 October 2026, you may choose to continue waiting or receive a full refund.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights if the service is faulty, unavailable or not as described.

How to request a refund

Email hello@questbeyond.app from the address used for your purchase. Refunds will be returned to the original payment method, and access will end when the refund is issued.

Cancellation notice

A simple email saying that you wish to cancel is enough. If useful, you can copy the wording below; you do not have to use it.

I give notice that I wish to cancel my contract for Quest Beyond Early Access, ordered on [date]. My name is [name] and the email address used for the order is [email].
