Early-access terms

These terms apply when you buy early access to Quest Beyond. Please read them before placing your order.
Who we are
Quest Beyond is operated by Paradigm Lift Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 10754461. Our registered office is 2 Greystone Avenue, Manchester, England, M21 7RP. You can contact us at hello@questbeyond.app.
What you are buying
Your £10 one-off payment buys early access for one family, with up to four learner profiles. Early access is planned to open later in September 2026 and continue until the official launch, currently planned for early 2027.
Quest Beyond is still being developed. Content, presentation and individual features may change as we learn from early users. We will not reduce the central early-access offer described above without telling you and giving you the option of a refund.
Payment and confirmation
Payment is taken securely through Stripe. Your order is accepted when we send your purchase confirmation. Keep that email as your record of the agreement. We will send access details to the email address used at checkout when early access opens.
Who may purchase
The purchaser must be at least 18 years old. Quest Beyond is designed for families with teenage learners, but the early-access purchase must be made and managed by an adult.
Cancellations and refunds
Our Early-access refund policy explains when and how you can request a refund. It includes a full refund at any time before we send your access details and a further voluntary 14-day refund period after your access email. These terms do not affect your statutory rights.
Using early access
Early access is for personal, non-commercial use by your household. You must not resell access, deliberately interfere with the service, attempt to gain unauthorised access, or use it unlawfully.
Availability and changes
Because this is an early build, it may occasionally be unavailable while we maintain or improve it. If the planned opening is materially delayed, we will let purchasers know. Our refund policy explains the additional choice available if access has not opened by 7 October 2026.
Our responsibility
We provide Quest Beyond with reasonable care and skill. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence. Quest Beyond is supplied for personal use, so we are not responsible for business losses.
Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere in the UK, you keep any mandatory consumer protections and may bring a claim in the courts where you live.
